Inspiration: Stop, Breathe & Think

My favorite meditation app is Stop, Breathe & Think because it helps you check in with what and how your feeling and makes meditation recommendations based on that!

If you tend to shy away from meditation because it's too much pressure, try going with one of these guided meditations for as little as 3 minutes (or as much as 15). Or, if you prefer to meditate on your own, just set the meditation timer, choose a "soundscape" and have at it.

There is a premium version, but the free version has worked just fine for me!
